About Us

Black Bear is a boutique property development and investment business operating in Brisbane, Australia. Since 2007 Black Bear has transacted and developed in excess of $80 million of property and has attained vast experience across a range of residential property sectors and strategies.

Our Projects

Over many years investing and developing in Brisbane we have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience undertaking a wide range of our own projects. Explore our current and completed projects here.

Syndicates

Investing in a syndicate with Black Bear enables investors to participate in projects that would ordinarily be outside of their financial comfort zone or expertise by joining a pool of similar investors seeking exposure to high quality projects.

Joint Ventures

From time to time, Black Bear partners with selected associates to undertake joint venture projects. The structure of joint ventures are tailored to suit individual transactions, however, our preferred arrangement is for Black Bear to provide 100% of the expertise required to undertake the project, with the joint venture partner being a finance partner.

For Sale

We sell our own product at Black Bear. No one knows our projects better than we do. We also find that buyers prefer to deal directly with the developer. Click here to explore what we currently have for sale.

Testimonials

You can be involved in our successful developments right now without large capital requirements, without the need to get loans, without building your contacts and experience over time. Find out what our current development partners say.
