Welcome to the private area for the Black Bear Syndicate, BB Unit Trust No. 1. This is where you will be provided with regular updates regarding progress of the project. Whenever this area is updated with new content you will receive an email inviting you to log in and view the updates.
Our search for a suitable property is well underway. We have made contact with dozen of local agents and have provided a detailed criteria identifying our requirements. A copy of this criteria is provided above for your reference. We have also undertaken a campaign of directly targetting properties which we believe may be suitable for the project. As part of this process we have identified a large number of targets and have engaged the help of a small number of sales agents to assist with making contact will the owners. Hundreds of owners will be contacted as part of this process. We would also be happy to hear from you if you know of a property that may be suitable.
