We are pleased to confirm that demolition has now been completed (new photos have been added to the Photos Folder).

The builders we have asked to tender on the build have all confirmed that they will have their quotes back to us on or slightly after Friday 6 December. Once received we will review them and appoint a builder.

We now have all of the necessary ancillary approvals to commence the build and we are looking forward to getting underway on site early in the New Year.
